Background

Gardner Company developed the Meridian Ambulatory Surgical Center for St. Luke’s on its Meridian Campus.  The Meridian Ambulatory Surgical Center was designed to meet the immediate needs of St. Luke’s while providing significant flexibility for future growth and expansion.  The two story surgical center has a gross area of 21,430 square feet and features five operating rooms, supporting preoperative areas, and other ancillary space. Because of Gardner’s collaborative processes, its experience in constructing complex medical facilities, and its existing relationships with design, engineering, and construction partners, Gardner succeeded in designing, financing, documenting, constructing, commissioning and delivering the building in less than fourteen months.
