PluralSight, creator of online learning and a workforce development platform, selected Gardner to build its global office headquarters on the western slope of the Wasatch Mountains. Completed in 2020, it features beautiful views of the mountains and Salt Lake Valley and has immediate access to Interstate 15. Its amenities include a full-service cafe, medical clinic, fitness center and bike room. PluralSight is located next door to Baltic Pointe, Gardner and Utah’s first mass timber office building.
